When I first started I had no idea what I was doing and created an Alliance character but the server I selected is like 80% horde. Tichondrius is the big one for Horde, Sargeras for Alliance. Any high pop server is likely to have more pvpers by virtue of having more people in general. You can also do some quick research by looking at the PvP ladders and seeing where the top players are. It's been tilting more to horde pretty strongly since BFA and warmode after being nearly perfectly 50/50 during WoD and much of Legion but it's still far better then the other rp servers. I ran some queries on all NA servers today for population estimates as found using a check of those in the LFG chat channel. Day and night they biggest server with the best scripting has 11k people online. Come and play together with other players. OCE realms are hosted in Sydney and all Latin American / Brazilian realms in Chicago.
