Personally I think the Lava Bow is incredibly useful for PvE, especially for Faith builds as they tend to lack both ranged abilities as well as fire damage. Both boost magic damage. Infuse a light weapon like an estoc with magic scaling to use incase you needed to melee. Note the build is weak against anti magic players and faith users (faith increases magic resistance) and certain anti magic tank builds. In pvp your disadvantaged in melee so keep your distance and stay unpredictable while casting. . H e b jobs
